Signage for Navi Mumbai's planned frontages.
Navi Mumbai is the easiest market in the region to sign well — wide roads, planned plots, generous setbacks and buildings that were designed with a sign line in mind. That means bigger letters, cleaner installations and fewer access problems.
Nodes we cover
- Vashi, Sanpada, Turbhe
- Nerul, Seawoods, Belapur
- Kharghar, Kamothe, Panvel, Ulwe
- Airoli, Ghansoli, Koparkhairane, Rabale
- Taloja and the MIDC industrial belt
What planned layouts change
Bigger letters are possible
Because plots have setbacks, a Navi Mumbai frontage is usually read from further away than a Mumbai high street. Letters can and should be larger. Under-sizing a sign here is the most common mistake we correct at survey — a 300 mm letter that works in a Bandra lane disappears on a Palm Beach Road frontage.
Daytime installation
Unlike Mumbai, most Navi Mumbai installations can happen in daylight with proper access equipment, which reduces the labour cost of the same sign.
Corporate parks
Airoli, Ghansoli and Belapur have concentrations of IT and corporate offices. Their signage is a different job from retail: building identification, reception wall lettering, floor directories, department plates and wayfinding, usually in brushed stainless or aluminium with restrained lighting.
Coastal note for Ulwe, Seawoods and Panvel side
Parts of Navi Mumbai sit on reclaimed coastal land with salt in the air. For open exterior signage there, SS 316 or powder coated aluminium is the right specification. Inland nodes like Kharghar and Taloja are fine with SS 304.
Getting to you
From Bhayandar the run to Navi Mumbai is 45–70 km depending on the node. Survey and installation are planned as single trips, so you are not paying for repeated travel. Large fascias and pylons are transported in sections and assembled on site.
Common questions
What letter height suits a Navi Mumbai frontage?
As a rough guide, allow about 25 mm of letter height for every metre of viewing distance. On a Palm Beach Road or Sion-Panvel frontage that usually means 450 mm and above, well beyond what a narrow high street needs.
Do you make pylon and totem signs for Navi Mumbai plots?
Yes. Free-standing pylons suit plots with setbacks. We design the structure and issue a foundation drawing, and the base carries an inspection door for the electricals.
Is SS 304 enough in Navi Mumbai?
In inland nodes like Kharghar, Taloja and Ghansoli, yes. Closer to the water — Ulwe, Seawoods, parts of Panvel — we recommend SS 316 or aluminium for exterior work.
Do you work with interior contractors on office fit-outs?
Regularly. We take the signage scope of a fit-out — reception lettering, directories, department plates, wayfinding — and deliver it to the contractor's schedule.
